Meditation No. 1
....take my yoke upon you and I shall give you rest.

Think on good things. Things that would build you up and not tear you down.
|
A mind that is too busy is abnormal. The mind is normal when it is at rest.
|
Become calm, quiet, and serene.
|
The Holy Spirit obtains information from God and supplies it to our spirit. |
|
|
And after the fire...a small still voice.
|
Be doers of the word.
|
In all your ways acknowledge HIM, and he will direct your path.
|
Stop trying to figure everything out. |
|
|
It is impossible to worry and live in peace.
|
Don't fret and have anxiety.
|
Continue to make your wants known to God.
|
Cast down all negative imagination. |
|
|
Cast your care upon HIM for he careth for you.
|
Experience the rest of God.
|
Neither give place to the devil.
|
Right action follows right thinking. |
|
|
Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
|
Jesus always has an encouraging word.
|
Know the truth so that you can be set free.
|
Love always believes the best in everyone. |
|
|
Bless the LORD at all times.
|
Meditate on the word of God -- day and night.
|
Call those things that ye desire as if they were already in your possession.
|
Be not afraid -- for the battle is not your's, but God's. |
|
|
Stand still and see the deliverance of the LORD.
|
Enjoy the rest of God in a storm.
|
Don't worry -- trust God.
|
Trust in the LORD and do good -- so shall you dwell in the land and be fed. |
|
|
Judge not -- that ye be not judged.
|
Guard your heart.
|
Be positive.
|
Believe the best of a person. |
|
|
He who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ.
|
Be patient and endure until you reach your goal.
|
The race is not won by the fastest or swiftest -- but by those who endure until the end.
|
Have a new attitude. You may not be where you want to be -- but you are not where you use to be. |
|
|
Maintain balance at all times.
|
Your sense of worth is not dependent upon what others think about you.
|
Do not be controlled by what others think, say or do negatively against you.
|
No matter how often you fall, get up and try it again. |
|
|
Never give up.
|
Refuse to reject yourself.
|
Use your talents to help others.
|
Promotion comes from God and not from man. |
|
|
God will give us favor with HIM and with others if we will do the things thar are pleasing to HIM.
|
Be a person that is after God's own heart.
|
As thy soul prospers so shall thy health.
|
Obedience is better than sacrifice. |
